Selected implementation and consulting projects carried out by Altuxo are presented below.
Document generation and distribution system
The project consisted of developing the architecture and technical design of a multi-channel communication system supporting the document generation and distribution processes in E.ON. It included the implementation of document generation system, integration with the SAP system and the implementation of over 40 different types of business document templates ( invoices, forecasts, correspondence, debt collection letters). The solution was launched in a configuration with increased HA availability. The documents were distributed, among others, through the following channels: local printout, mass printout, archiving, eInvoice available in the eBOK electronic customer office. As part of the project, tools for designing document templates were launched. After implementation, the system was stabilized and serviced in accordance with the contractual SLA conditions.
Marketing application for managing transpromo/utilities
Analysis, design, implementation, implementation of a system supporting transpromo management – personalization of business documents and placing marketing content (cross-sell/up-sell) on documents delivered to customers. Thanks to the provided application, business users had the opportunity to easily manage customer segmentation and define marketing messages and commercial offers suitable for a given customer segment. After implementation, the system was covered by service support.
Implementation of a system for generating documents and correspondence/utilities/industry/finance
The project included implementation of a system dedicated to document processing and outgoing correspondence. The solution was responsible for processing data and source documents, generating an output document and preparing a data stream for mass printing on printing devices. The system supported the processing and printing of documents from many different sources – including printing of documents from PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (branches including Białystok, Lublin, Warsaw).
Audit of the system supporting quality/telco management processes
The project involved an audit of the quality management system for consultants’ work in the Verint Quality Monitoring Contact Center. from the Workforce Optimization family. As a result of the project, a document was created identifying areas requiring improvement and a recommendation for further actions related to improving the functioning of the system.
StreamServe system – consulting service/industry
The project included optimization of the process of generating and printing business documents. The project also included workshops and training for system administrators on the installation and administration of the StreamServe system, as well as recommendations regarding system maintenance.
Confidential and traveling print in the SAP/StreamServe/utilities environment
The project consisted of activating confidential printing and traveling printing mechanisms from the SAP system in the SafeQ/StreamServe environment. Thanks to the implementation, documents printed from the SAP system and processed in the OpenText StreamServe system can be printed safely. Users can collect their own printouts from any device connected to the system (following printout). Receiving documents from the printing device is possible after user authorization on the printing device using a card, which is particularly important for confidential documents.
Moving the call center system between locations/telco
The project involved the relocation of the Błękitna Linia Call Center system. As part of the project, Altuxo was responsible for all work related to the relocation of the Verint Quality Monitoring quality management system in the call center and the call recording system . The project included 5 Call Center locations and over 500 agents.
